At Alvin's Island, we want you to love your beachwear and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with original tags in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
